I love the sound of ‘Say More’. I think often about how teens are, one minute, children in a classroom and the next out in nightclubs (at least in the UK/Europe) and unsupervised. The daily support they’ve had in learning vital skills is removed cold turkey and suddenly they have little more than the behaviour of those around them as a model in their quest for social acceptance.
And there’s a lot happening, even on a low level, that does NOT represent a good model of behaviour.
Woohoo!! What a truly great selection of books and I am completely honored to be among these 7. Can’t wait for your book Christopher!
Great list. Lots I’ve never heard of
Great list, once again!
